Purpose-Built for the ITAD Industry

Broadcast Inventory.
Reach the Right Buyers.

PartsBroadcast is a targeted email broadcast platform where IT asset resellers, brokers, and ITAD companies send inventory blasts to opted-in buyers — filtered by commodity type and brand. Every blast is moderated for quality. Receivers only see what they actually want to buy.

Receivers always free. Senders from $29/mo. No contracts.

The ITAD Email Problem

If you work in the IT Asset Disposition industry, you know the drill. Every day, resellers and brokers blast their inventory lists to massive email lists — and every day, buyers wade through dozens of irrelevant emails looking for the few deals that actually matter to them.

Without PartsBroadcast

  • Buyers receive 10-20+ irrelevant inventory emails per day
  • Senders blast everyone, hoping someone is interested
  • No way to filter by equipment type or brand
  • Legitimate deals buried under spam and junk
  • No quality control — anyone can blast anything
  • Unsubscribing means missing everything

With PartsBroadcast

  • Buyers only receive inventory matching their preferences
  • Senders reach genuinely interested, opted-in buyers
  • Filter by 10 commodity types and 44+ brands
  • Every blast moderated for quality before delivery
  • Higher signal-to-noise ratio for everyone
  • Granular preferences — keep what you want, skip the rest

How PartsBroadcast Works

The same email workflow you already use — with intelligent targeting built in.

1

Senders Email Their Inventory Blast

ITAD resellers and brokers send their inventory lists to blast@partsbroadcast.com — exactly the same way they already send inventory blasts today. The email can contain a plain-text parts list, an HTML-formatted inventory table, or anything in between. There is nothing new to learn and no special formatting required.

Senders must have an active subscription and send from their registered email address. This ensures every blast comes from a verified, accountable source — not anonymous spam.

2

Every Blast Is Moderated and Categorized

Before any blast reaches a single receiver, it goes through human moderation. Our team reviews the content to verify it contains legitimate ITAD inventory — no spam, no scams, no off-topic content. Blasts that do not meet quality standards are rejected.

Approved blasts are tagged with the relevant commodity categories (servers, networking, storage, GPUs, etc.) and brand associations. This categorization is what powers the targeted delivery — it is how we ensure that a lot of 500 Dell PowerEdge servers reaches the buyers who specifically want Dell servers, and not the buyers who are only looking for Cisco networking gear.

3

Targeted Delivery to Matched Receivers

Once approved and categorized, the blast is delivered to every receiver whose commodity and brand preferences match. A receiver who selected “Servers” and “Dell” will get the Dell PowerEdge blast. A receiver who only selected “Networking” and “Cisco” will not.

Every blast email includes the original sender's reply-to address, so receivers can respond directly to the sender. PartsBroadcast facilitates the connection — the business relationship is between buyer and seller.

Why Every Blast Is Human-Moderated

Automated email blasts are easy to send and hard to trust. PartsBroadcast is different because every single blast goes through human review before it reaches a single receiver.

Quality Gate

Our moderation team reviews every blast for legitimacy. We verify that the content contains real ITAD inventory — actual part numbers, quantities, and pricing. Spam, scams, and off-topic content are rejected. This is the quality standard that makes receivers trust the blasts they receive.

Accurate Categorization

During moderation, each blast is tagged with the correct commodity categories and brand associations. A blast containing mixed inventory — say, Dell servers and Cisco switches — gets tagged with both. This human categorization is more accurate than automated keyword matching and ensures receivers get properly targeted results.

Sender Accountability

Only verified, subscribed senders can broadcast. Combined with moderation, this means every blast that reaches receivers comes from an identifiable, accountable source. If a sender consistently submits low-quality content, we can address it. This is impossible with open mailing lists.

Higher Response Rates

When receivers trust that every blast is legitimate and relevant, they actually read them. For senders, this means higher engagement and more responses compared to blasting an unfiltered list where most recipients have learned to ignore everything. Quality drives results.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is PartsBroadcast?+
PartsBroadcast is a B2B email broadcast platform built specifically for the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. It connects resellers and brokers who have surplus IT inventory with buyers who are actively looking for specific types of equipment. Senders email their inventory lists to blast@partsbroadcast.com, each blast is moderated for quality and categorized, then delivered to receivers whose preferences match.
What is ITAD?+
ITAD stands for IT Asset Disposition — the industry focused on the resale, recycling, and responsible disposal of used IT equipment. ITAD companies, resellers, and brokers handle surplus servers, networking gear, storage arrays, laptops, desktops, GPUs, and components from enterprises and data centers. The ITAD industry moves billions of dollars in used IT equipment annually.
How much does PartsBroadcast cost?+
Receiver accounts are always 100% free. Sender subscriptions are $49/month (monthly) or $29/month (annual, billed at $348/year). Both plans include unlimited inventory blasts, targeted delivery, quality moderation, send history, and delivery metrics.
What types of IT equipment are supported?+
10 commodity categories: Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Networking, Storage, GPUs, IT Systems, Parts, Components, and Cables/SFP+. Receivers can filter by any combination of these plus 44+ brands.
How do I send an inventory blast?+
Email your inventory list to blast@partsbroadcast.com from your registered sender email address. No special formatting required — plain text, HTML tables, whatever you normally send. Your blast will be reviewed, categorized, and delivered to matched receivers.
Are blasts moderated?+
Yes — every single blast is reviewed by our moderation team before delivery. We verify legitimacy, reject spam, and categorize the content by commodity type and brand. This quality gate is core to the platform's value.
What brands are supported?+
44+ major IT manufacturers at system and component level: Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Supermicro, Intel, Nvidia, AMD, Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, Western Digital, Seagate, NetApp, Broadcom, Mellanox, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, IBM, Kingston, Crucial, and more.
How is this different from a mailing list?+
Traditional ITAD mailing lists blast everyone with everything. PartsBroadcast uses preference-based filtering — receivers choose their commodity types and brands, and only receive matching blasts. Combined with human moderation, this means fewer, higher-quality, more relevant emails for receivers, and better-targeted reach for senders.
Is PartsBroadcast GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant?+
Yes. Receivers explicitly opt-in with GDPR consent. Every email includes RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribe headers, an unsubscribe link, our physical mailing address, and a link to manage preferences. Receivers can delete their account and all data instantly from their dashboard.
Can I update my preferences after signing up?+
Yes. Receivers can add or remove commodity types and brands, pause delivery, or adjust email notification settings at any time from their dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
