1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PartsBroadcast, you agree to these terms.
2. Service Description
PartsBroadcast is a B2B email broadcast platform for the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry. Senders submit inventory blasts which are moderated, categorized, and delivered to receivers based on their preferences.
3. Sender Obligations
- Senders must maintain an active subscription to send blasts.
- Blasts must contain legitimate ITAD inventory listings.
- Spam, fraudulent listings, or illegal content will result in immediate account termination.
- All blasts are subject to moderation before delivery.
4. Receiver Rights
- Receiver accounts are free.
- Receivers can update their commodity and brand preferences at any time.
- Receivers can unsubscribe from deliveries or delete their account at any time.
5. Billing
Sender subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability
PartsBroadcast is provided as-is. We are not liable for the accuracy of inventory listings, transaction outcomes, or delivery failures beyond our control.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
